Who is KCW Psychological Services?

Our goal is to help clients maintain mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health and wellness practices, as well as feelings of HOPE, growth, and self-acceptance. We ALL can benefit from therapy, guidance, and healing.Our private practice information is below. We are a telehealth/video mental health and wellness private practice that serves clients who reside in CA, MD, NJ, and NY.
We offer 20-minute consultations, weekly, and bi-weekly therapy sessions (as needed). We are not enrolled in any insurance company directly but can provide “superbills” to clients seeking “out-of-network insurance” reimbursement from their insurance company.

What States Do You Service Clients in?

We currently provide treatment to clients In Maryland, New York, New Jersey, and California. We will be servicing clients in additional states soon!

What Treatment Modality Do We Offer?

We currently provide Individual Therapy. We provide Collateral or Family sessions (as needed). Group Therapy Sessions coming soon!

What is the Age Range of Clients you Provide Services to?

Teenagers (age 13 + ), Young adult’s, and Adults.

Consultation Session?

20-minute consultations with a therapist. After discussing your needs, decide if you’d like to proceed with further therapy sessions.

What Therapy Sessions are Offered?

Weekly and bi-weekly sessions. Day and evening availability.

What are Forms of Payment/Out-of-Network Benefits are Accepted?

KCW Psychological Services is not enrolled with any insurance company and does not directly accept any health insurance. However, we do provide monthly superbills to clients (detailed invoices) to submit to their insurance company to receive direct reimbursement from their insurance company for their payment for your sessions (if their insurance company provides reimbursement).We encourage our clients to contact their insurance companies to confirm if they have “out-of-network benefits.” This will provide you with detailed information about the superbills process, questions that you can ask your insurance company if you have “out of network benefits,” as well as information about an optional service (Reimbursify) that you can use to submit your superbill to your insurance company.
