Attend your consultation with the therapist. After discussing your needs, decide if you’d like to proceed with further therapy sessions.
Preparation: Before your next session, you’ll be asked to fill out some brief questionnaires. Make sure to send them to the therapist in advance so you can go over them together.
Review the questionnaires/scales together with the therapist to obtain a better understanding of your needs and together develop goals for treatment.
Based on your comfort, availability, and the therapist’s recommendation, continue with either weekly or bi-weekly therapy sessions.
